This claim involved a worker who was injured in a motor vehicle collision during the course of her employment. She sustained injuries to her neck and left arm. She was eventually required to undergo a cervical spine fusion. She also suffered from a nerve injury that resulted in a clawing deformity of her dominant hand. She developed anxiety and depression as a result of her injuries. After a lengthy fight with the insurance company, all of these injuries were found to be related to her initial motor vehicle collision.
