I’ve been with them since 2002!! Recently the lawyer representing me passed away very unexpectedly, I didn’t know what would happen to my case but within an hour of me finding out I had a call from the owner of the firm who remembered me in detail from meeting me ONE time in 2002! Almost 20yrs ago and he reassured me he was taking my case on and that I had nothing to worry about. Every time I call in greeted by the receptionist who is so sweet, I never have to say who’s calling she already knows and greets me by name EVERY TIME, it’s just one more way they make you feel cared about.
