Why you should not hire an attorney you see advertised all over buses, billboards, etc.

It has been over 40 years since Bates v. State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. Supreme Court case that struck down bans on commercial advertising by Attorneys. Bates is a landmark case that paved the way for the current overabundance of personal injury lawyers who run continuous television ads and have their pictures on billboards and on the side of buses all over the country.
