Workers’ compensation settlement: $290,000.00

Tanker-truck driver sustained two back injuries at work.  He required L4 laminectomy; L4-5 facetectomty and forminotomy; and L4-5 discectomy, which was accepted and paid by the workers’ compensation insurance carrier.  He then required another surgery, which was denied by the carrier, consisting of spinal fusion at L4-5 and L5-S1.  He was ultimately diagnosed with foot drop.
